A career with real growth and advancement possibilities.Your duties would include - Assisting in all aspects of our internal audit function, including planning, fieldwork, and reporting; Assisting in the preparation of payroll and payroll tax reporting; Assisting in the administration of all employee benefit programs; Assisting in the preparation of reports to management, regulatory bodies, and shareholders; Assisting in the maintenance of general ledgers for five operating entities; Assisting in the preparation of tax accruals and tax reporting; and Developing expertise in regulatory compliance issues pertinent to bank operations and lending.You should have - a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, general business, etc.; a working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing applications; strong verbal and written communications skills; and the ability to maintain confidentiality and communicate with professionalism, tract, and diplomacy.Moreover, you need to be a self-starter, organized, and be able to multi-task.This job entails light to moderate travel requriements.
